Juan F. Hernández-Rodríguez received his Bachelor´s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University Carlos III of Madrid in 2018 and a master’s degree in molecular Nanoscience and Nanotechnology. He is currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Analytical Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, and Chemical Engineering at the University of Alcalá in the Analytical Miniaturization and Nanotechnologies group led by Professor Alberto Escarpa. His main interest is designing and fabricating low-cost electrochemical microfluidic devices for cell culture monitoring.
