University Associate Professor and Director of the Department of Analytical Chemistry at the Faculty of Chemical Sciences of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She is a member of the Electroanalysis and Electrochemical (Bio)sensors Research Group (GEBE). Her research area includes the development and study of electrochemical (bio)sensors to carry out the determination of proteins and oligonucleotides as cancer, cardiovascular and neurological diseases biomarkers.
In addition to learning, teaching and researching, always surrounded by students, she enjoys hiking in the mountains, traveling around the world, shows, reading... and good company having a drink!
