About me
I did a degree in Environmental Sciences at the UAH and later the Master's Degree in Biodiversity Conservation Techniques and Ecology at the URJC. Both my TFG and my TFM were carried out at the Royal Botanical Garden-CSIC studying the ecophysiology and diversification of the lichen genus 'Ramalina'. I also collaborate discovering new species of the 'Inocybe' mushroom genus using molecular and phylogenetic techniques. I am currently doing my PhD at the RJB studying the symbiotic relationships between the lichen fungus and its photosynthetic companions in different forests of the Iberian Peninsula and in locations with different degrees of contamination in the city of Madrid. One of my biggest hobbies is electronic music, which fills me with energy both at work and in my spare time.
