PhD in Pharmacy from the Complutense University of Madrid and Professor at the same university since 2000 in the Department of Nutrition and Food Science. I enjoy sharing my experience in the field of food, especially in food analysis, with students in the different degrees in which we teach (Pharmacy, Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Double Degree in Pharmacy-Human Nutrition and Food Science and Technology). I try to get involved in teaching projects and networks related to the application of Innovative Teaching Methodologies to promote active and effective learning. I like being in contact with nature through a walk on the beach, in the countryside, in the mountains, or in a park, if possible, in the company of family and friends. I also like reading, listening to music and watching movies.
