I am Associate Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Food Science of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Complutense University. Before dedicating myself to university teaching, I had the opportunity to teach secondary and high school students, which was a very enriching stage for me personally and professionally, so whenever the opportunity arises, I participate in workshops and outreach activities related to my area of knowledge in these centers.
