About me

PhD in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences from Universidad Europea de Madrid (2020). Master in Physical Activity and Health. Specialist in the use of physical exercise as a non-pharmacological tool for the treatment and prevention of chronic diseases.
I teach the course of Physical Activity for Health, in face-to-face, semi-presential and the degree in English. As well as in postgraduate courses in the Master of Training and Sports Nutrition.
I have developed my research career in two main areas: (i) The application of physical exercise as an adjuvant tool in different pathologies and (ii) The study of biomarkers applied to sports science. In addition, I am a personal trainer for special populations. I have 11 scientific publications in high impact journals in my area of knowledge, I have participated in more than 15 national and international congresses and more than 15 research projects both privately and publicly funded, in addition to several editions of the science week of the community of Madrid as a speaker, contributing to the transfer of knowledge and scientific divulgation.

I am a Dog-lover and outdoor freaky, my favorite thing to do outside of work is to get lost in the mountains with my dogs. I love racket sports, Volleyball and skiing.
