In this guided visit to an aerospace engineering laboratory you will discover in an easy and enjoyable way some basic fundamentals about thermal cameras, infrared thermography and heat transfer in general. In addition, you will learn how we use these technologies in aeronautical research and their potential exploitation through Artificial Intelligence techniques. In particular, we will perform live experimental demonstrations with our thermocamera, showing how these principles are applied and seeing practical examples in real research projects. Come to the heat school!
