Adrián Almazán Gómez
About me
Assistant Professor PhD in the Department of Humanities: Philosophy, Language and Literature at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M), Adrián Almazán holds a PhD in Philosophy (2018), where he coordinates the research group in Technique and Ecological Humanities (THECO) (https://www.theco-uc3m.es/). He has a Master's degree in Logic and Philosophical Argumentation (2015) and Bachelor's degree in Physics (2013). He has taught Ethics, Political Philosophy and Philosophy of Science and Technology at UC3M, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. His fields of expertise are: Political Ecology, Ecological Humanities, Philosophy of Technique, Theories of the Common and New Ruralities Studies. He is currently Principal Investigator for the UC3M Speak4Nature (Interdisciplinary Approaches on Ecological Justice), a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions Staff Exchanges project (MSCA-SE-2021 - 101086202). In his spare time he enjoys hiking in the mountains, picking mushrooms and playing board games.
