I hold a PhD in Biotechnology from the Universidad San Pablo CEU and I am a researcher at the Margarita Salas Center for Biological Research (CIB-CSIC), where I lead the Microbial Systems and Protein Engineering group. My research interests focus on the application of microorganisms in biotechnological processes that improve environmental quality and cleaner industrial production.
