I am Lucía Vázquez Iniesta, predoctoral researcher in the Department of Preventive Medicine, Public Health and Microbiology at the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM). I studied a degree in biology and a master's degree in microbiology also at the UAM.
The group's research focuses on studying which characteristics may be associated with the latent phenotype of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
My free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to concerts, hiking in the mountains and traveling whenever I can.
