I am a researcher at IMDEA Food Institute. I have a PhD in microbiology and am an expert in bioinformatics analysis. My research focuses on studying how diet can influence the microbiota and how this affects our health. I have been involved in research for 12 years, and during this time I have had the opportunity to lead several innovative projects and publish numerous articles in scientific journals. Besides science, I have a great passion for animals and nature. In my free time, I enjoy going to the mountains, foraging for mushrooms, walking with my dogs, scuba diving (in summer) and watching epic series and movies.
