PhD in Geography (UCM) with a distinction "cum laude" by unanimity and University Specialist in Spatial Planning and Environment (UPV). I am currently working as senior researcher at the Spanish Railways Foundation (FFE), acting as Head of the Geography and Railway Traffic Research Group. In recent years, I have developed many different national and international projects, such as the "Observatorio del Ferrocarril", published by MITMA, and the "High-Speed Rail Atlas" (UIC).
Likewise, I have published numerous articles and papers on railway topics, and I have participated in different Congresses, Conferences and events focused on it. Together with research and within the framework of scientific-technical dissemination activities around the railway, FFE undertakes several initiatives, and 2023 is the third year that we participate in this European Researchers’ Night, organised by Comunidad de Madrid
