Elena González Burgos holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacy from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM). She is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, and Botany at the Faculty of Pharmacy (UCM). Her main research focus is on the pharmacological evaluation of products of natural origin. Additionally, she works on a multidisciplinary research line that combines pharmaceutical technology with pharmacology through the creation of 3D printable models applied to various pathologies as an innovative and complementary strategy in the study of potential drugs. My greatest passion is traveling, discovering new cultures and flavors. Additionally, I love scrapbooking and reading, especially if I can enjoy a good cup of tea while doing so.
