I studied a degree in Environmental Sciences and then a master's in Ecology. It was then that I discovered I wanted to pursue a career in science, and now I work as a predoctoral researcher at the Complutense University of Madrid. In my thesis, I am studying how forests respond to disturbances such as droughts or fires. For this, I primarily use large databases, although I also love going out into the field to collect data.

But since life isn't all about science, I am also passionate about music, concerts, and festivals, events I attend at least once a month. I also love cooking and playing board games in my free time.
