About me

I hold a degree in Biology and a master's in Biodiversity Conservation Techniques and Ecology. Currently, I work at the University of Alcalá as a predoctoral researcher in the Ecology and Forest Restoration group. I am passionate about the interactions that shape ecosystems, making them complex and unique systems. Therefore, I research how the effects of climate change and forest management interact with forest dynamics, influencing their functioning. I use techniques that combine different data sources, providing information at various scales and allowing me to deepen my understanding of forest ecosystems from different perspectives.

In my free time, I love going out into the field, whether hiking or looking for animals and plants to observe, always with my binoculars and camera. My other passion is reading, so my eBook, along with my camera, always comes with me wherever I go. I also love spending time with my family and sharing hobbies, trips, and moments with them.
