Mónica Echeverry Rendón is a bioengineer, MSc in Biology, and PhD in Materials Engineering and Medical Sciences. She is a senior postdoctoral researcher at IMDEA Materials, in the area of Materials for Health. Her work focuses on Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine. She loves coffee, nice landscapes and cats. She connects with the world through volunteer work. There will always be a good excuse to explore new places and countries. Travelling, exploring new cultures and destinations are her way of connecting with people. And as a good Latin American, she never lacks good music and a bit of dancing!
