Partiendo del análisis de las habilidades y competencias profesionales que se adquieren durante la formación en ciencia, con especial hincapié en el Doctorado y que pueden servir para ejercer en otros ámbitos profesionales donde son muy valoradas, se hará un recorrido por diferentes ejemplos tanto del ámbito público como del privado, focalizados en los campos de la salud y la ingeniería: desde la carrera científica tradicional, hasta la comunicación y marketing en ciencia.
