University of Navarra visits IMDEA Materials

56 students at the University of Navarra (Engineering School – Tecnun Campus Madrid) will visit the facilities of Institute IMDEA Materials on 24 February 2023. There they will be shown how to discover a new material and given clues to answer the question of whether or not cells and materials are two worlds divided. Researchers from the Institute will show them part of its facilities and talk about functional nanocomposites, X-rays, biomaterials and regenerative medicine, the discovery of new materials with computational means and additive manufacturing. They will also tell them what it means to be involved in research.
