Sara García is a young researcher at the National Cancer Research Center (CNIO) and has recently been selected by the European Space Agency (ESA) as the first Spanish woman to become an astronaut in reserve for future space missions. The next International Day of Women and Girls in Science, an interview in which Sara answers questions made by students from all over Spain will be published. This is the result of a webinar held on January the 17th in which participated more than 100 academic centers such as schools, institutes and universities. . During the interview our researcher-astronaut tells us about her experience, her day-to-day life and her expectations for a very promising future.
