Informative concert talk From Pythagoras to the present, passing through Newton, there are many scientists who have investigated music from other disciplines such as Mathematics or Physics. The arts are closely linked to science and in this event we will discover those communicating vessels. The disseminator, physicist and pianist Almudena Martín Castro participates, who will narrate interesting curiosities about wind instruments, their origin and evolution through history, their physical principles or the relationship between the size of the instrument and the sound it produces. Excerpts from classic works and soundtracks will be performed by the Alma Ensemble quintet, from Debussy and Puccini to Jon Williams' Jurassic Park soundtrack.
