UAH | Tumor suppression with the molecules of pain

Participants will get samples of foods which active principles acts as agonists of transducer molecules from the Somatosensory System that evokes heat, cold and/or pungent sensations. These compounds have shown anti-neoplasic properties. During the experiment the participants will challenge 3 different types of pain molecules to evaluate the response that they evokes. We will explain the mechanisms of action (together with an accompaying poster). The experiment will be held in small groups in ~20 minutes rounds. We estimate a total duration of ~3 hours for a total of 100 attendees.
