Theoretical-practical workshops with the aim of knowing the role of vegetable products in relation to the SDGs "Put an end to hunger, Health and Well-being and Responsible production and consumption". We will learn about exotic fruits and crops, native to other countries and the valorization of plant by-products from the agri-food industry to obtain new functional ingredients. Practical activities related to:
1.- The hedonic and well-being fruit tasting and
2.-The possibilities of reducing waste and its re-introduction in the production chain (circular economy) both by the industry and the consumer
