Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the food and gastronomy of Ancient Rome in all its facets, through a tour of the different spaces that make up the virtual workshop: the mercatus (market), where they will learn about the basic products of the Roman diet; and the culina (kitchen), where they will will be taught about Roman cooking and and basic tools, as well as being able to follow via Instagram the preparation of a menu specifically designed for the occasion based on an original Roman recipe book.
