2020 is the International Year of Plant Health. The SEBBM will offer an interactive talk on the biochemical properties of plant food and their effects on healthy eating, directed by Dr. J. M. Mulet (IBMCP, University of Valencia-CSIC), followed by a series of on-line practical workshops focused on the properties of different plant foods.
