We will organize an outdoor workshop about exploring nature during the night, with 5 stations that will be visited successively by three girls and boys of 6 to 13 years, with an accompanying adult. The total duration of the activity will be one hour, with 10 minutes on each station. At the stations, children will be received by researchers that will share their experience about how they investigate on the following topics: 1. Fluorescence in scorpions, 2) Diversity of myriapods, 3) Light traps to study insects, 4) Nocturnal sampling of spiders and 5) Diversity of amphibian songs. We will ask children to come dressed as explorers and with a hand torch. We will follow all recommended sanitary precautions during the event.
