After an introductory talk to Microbial Electrochemical Technologies (MET) and their applications, attendees will gather into teams to find the clues that will lead them to obtain all the necessary elements to build their own microbial fuel cell (MFC), a device able to convert the organic waste into an electrical current by means of electroactive bacteria.
